At Colton House Hotel, we are dedicated to ensuring accessibility for all our guests. Below is a comprehensive list of accessibility features available on our property.

All of our Accessible Rooms include a roll-in shower, accessible toilets, and basins, grab bars, and roll-under sinks, in addition to hearing-accessible rooms with visual alarms.  All rooms are accompanied by braille and tactile signage. The public spaces on our property, including entrances, corridors, the lobby, Simona’s Coffee + Cocktail, and Pool, are all wheelchair accessible. We offer a pool lift for pool access. Handicap parking is readily available for those who need it. During check-in, you'll notice that a portion of our front desk has a section at a lower height to accommodate different needs. For those who are blind, have low vision, or need assistance with reading printed or visual information, our staff will gladly assist.

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES

From the accessible parking area to the Main Lobby: there is a dedicated pathway, free of obstructions to the front entrance. The Front Desk is approximately 30 feet from the main entrance, traveling over both non-fixed carpets, walk-off mats, and a hard-polished concrete surface. There is a wheelchair-accessible lowered counter at the front desk and an accessible bathroom in the lobby.

  • Guestrooms
    All accessible guestrooms are located on the first floor. Handicap parking is readily available in our parking garage, and we have three accessible elevators to the first floor. Guestrooms are accessible via a hallway free of obstruction, traveling over both non-fixed carpets and concrete.

  • Simona’s Coffee + Cocktails
    Located on the first floor, Simona’s is accessible by our parking garage, which has accessible parking readily available, or from elevator C. Take the elevator to level B, then turn to the right, where you’ll see the double glass doors to Simona’s.

  • The Backyard
    From Simona’s, access to The Backyard is through the double glass doors to our patio area.

  • The Pool
    From Simona’s, follow the paved ramp to the right to the pool entrance. The end of the path there is a metal fence leading to the pool. There is a pool lift for pool access.
